If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, we are here to assist you.

Returns

Due to the sensitive nature of skincare products, we do not accept returns once a product has been opened, used, or tampered with.

We only accept returns if:
• The wrong item was delivered
• The item arrived damaged
• The product is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging

All return requests must be made within 48 hours of receiving your order.
Items reported after this period may not qualify.

Refunds

Refunds may be issued under the following conditions:
• You received the wrong product and the correct item is out of stock
• Your order was canceled before shipment
• Your product arrived damaged, and you prefer a refund instead of a replacement

Refunds are processed within 3–7 business days after your request is approved.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Exchange

If you received the wrong item, we will send the correct product at no extra cost once the incorrect item is returned (unopened and unused).

Non-Refundable / Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns or issue refunds for:
•Opened products
•Used products
•Products without original packaging
•Products damaged due to customer handling
